Resureel.com is a video resume and digital resume hosting/posting service and job board. Resureel.com allows you to post your personal resume and your “Resureel” video resume online for potential employers to view. Currently, to post your video resume online, you must have a “Resureel”, which is a filmed, coached interview, edited for time and consistency, that portrays you in an interview, answering questions about typical topics found on any ordinary resume. This Resureel is a valuable tool, which will be seen alongside your written/digital resume as potential employers search to fill open positions they may be hiring for. As a registered user, you will be able to establish a user profile, which can be edited and updated as you change your career and/or skill sets or education. Resureel does require you to keep your profile current and the details of that requirement are below. Prospective employers who will be able to search criteria based on their needs may view your profile and Resureel. Obviously it is very important to understand that your privacy and personal Resureel is accessible by the public, even know access to your information is limited (as described below), your information is being posted on a public website and you should understand the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use outlined below. Resureel.com does not charge a monthly or annual subscription fee for posting your resume and video resume at this time. You must be 18 years of age or older to utilize Resureel.com services. At a future date, we may allow for User Submissions in addition to Resureels.

Resureel.com is a video resume/spotlight hosting service and a resume job posting service online. Employment opportunities and user resumes and video resumes are posted with your consent and understanding of all of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as outlined below. Further, Resureel.com services include spotlighting of our Client’s businesses and creative advertising to promote the businesses and services of our Clients. Please read this carefully before signing up to use any of Resureel.com Services or Products, and understand that use of Resureel.com is an indication of acceptance of the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Privacy Policy
We are devoted to your personal privacy and have secured our site to ensure the highest level of comfort available today. Posting your personal information on a job board in the form of a resume or video resume is obviously exposing very personal information, all of which needs protection and limited access. We have focused on securing your privacy on the Internet and will constantly do our best to ensure that information posted about you is either input by your directly, via your personal account, or is input from a Resureel.com representative, at your command. We further will protect this information to the best of our ability, while offering you direct exposure to potential employers and or positions of employment. The following Privacy Policy explains the types of information that we collect, what we do with that information, and how you may correct or change the information that you provide.
Information Collected by Resureel.com
Resureel.com collects and hosts personally identifiable information when you register and post your resume and/or video resume (Resureel), respond to surveys and questionnaires, or enter promotions.
Resureel.com offers voluntary registration to users. By registering, users will have access to content and resources on the site. Video resumes are personal recordings of our users and registrants. They are a personal window, which will allow users and prospective employer to view how you look, how you speak, how you answer questions and will listen to what you say in response to questions about you. The purpose of providing this information is to better assist a prospective employer make their decision on whether or not they would like to have a meeting for a personal interview. A resume prepared on paper or digital document also details identifiable information, all of which would be used to provide prospective employers a glance of what you are all about. Detailed information provided by you, about you, with the intent of gaining employment, is your consent that by providing Resureel.com with this information, you are aware that it will be accessed and viewed by users of the site.
Resureel.com will collect personal information about you including all of the information you would find on a typical resume, your work experience and skills included. Other information collected includes your home address, your phone number, your cellular phone number, your email address, your Facebook address, your Twitter address, your personal work history and salary history, your education and degrees achieved, any licenses or special accreditations. Other personal information may also be included such as your software skills exposure, your personal objectives and your personal interests. Personal information about you, including your home address and home phone number will not be provided to prospective employers unless you direct us to. We will communicate with you any interest there may be and will guide you through the ‘next step’ process, which ultimately hopefully will lead to becoming employed.
We may periodically request information from users via surveys, promotions or contests. Participation is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose requested information. Information will vary and your participation is not required in any way, nor will your participation either benefit or harm your user profile in any way.
How the information is used
Once you register with Resureel.com and sign onto our services, you are bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy as described herein. We send all new members a welcome e-mail to verify password and username. We collect contact information that may be used by us to contact users for marketing purposes. If you supply us with your postal address, email address, cellular phone or home phone number, you may receive periodic mailings or electronic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. You may ‘Opt Out’ of receiving such information, by simply updating your profile to reflect that choice.
You will however receive periodic calls or emails to have you update your profile and status. If your profile is unused or updated for a period of six months, it will be considered ‘Dormant’ and be idled until you reactivate it.
We also send user site and service announcement updates. Members can't un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account via e-mail or phone. If you do not choose to ‘Opt Out’ of receiving marketing information from either sponsors or partners, we have your consent to share your contact information with them, including your email address and your name and phone number. We may contact you in response to any subpoena, court orders, or legal process.

Resureel.com videos are video resumes which are filmed and edited by Resureel.com. The content is related to user’s resumes, profile, company profile and contents ancillary and incidental thereto to be hosted by Resureel.com. You expressly agree and acknowledge that the Resureel.com Video Service is not a private service it will be accessible by the public at large, and that there is no confidentiality or privacy with respect to the video content uploaded. Your Resureel is a personal video and may express your personal opinion on any variety of topics discussed in your interview, it is strictly up to you to monitor your opinions, whatever they may be, so that the general public and or any potential prospective employer may look at your video in a positive light. Your “Resureel” is a tool for you to gain employment, very much like a resume, however the content in which you provide is up to you, including how you appear, and how you answer questions among other things. Be assured that your “Resureel” will be a powerful tool for you to get to wherever your goals are set, use it to the highest potential.
Resureel.com does not verify the genuineness, accuracy or otherwise endorse any Video content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Resureel.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability with respect to the video content inclusions in Resureel.com.
